All Services are performed by our team of certified arborists (including our chief, Ganna "Anya" Reva). Results (e.g., harvest size, tree health) may vary based on microclimate, soil conditions, and tree species.

2.1 Licensing, Bonding & Insurance
San Diego Fruit Tree Service is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured contractor with the State of California. Our credentials are as follows:

• License Classification: C-27 Landscaping Contractor
• Status: Active, Bonded, and Fully Insured

Our bond and general liability insurance protect your property and provide you with complete financial protection in the unlikely event of accidental damage or injury during service. 2.2 Business Entity & DBA
San Diego Fruit Tree Service is a DBA (Doing Business As) of REVA Technology S Corp, a legally registered California corporation. All contracts, agreements, invoices, and transactions are entered into by and through REVA Technology S Corp, which is fully responsible for all services, warranties, and liabilities described in these Terms. The DBA "San Diego Fruit Tree Service" is used for marketing and operational purposes only. Our corporate and tax information is available upon request.

3. Free Quote & Estimates

• You may request a free, no-obligation quote through our Site's "Contact Us" form, by phone, or in person at our physical address.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• We reserve the right to adjust a quote if, upon in-person inspection, the scope of work differs from what was initially described.

4. User Responsibilities
When using our Site or Services, you agree:

• To provide accurate, current, and complete information (e.g., your location, tree species, service needs).
